Zero is the real answer
Not one asset in Robinhood's registry carries an RU ISIN. Russian ADRs — Gazprom, Lukoil, Sberbank, Rosneft, Norilsk Nickel — were delisted from US exchanges in 2022 under sanctions, so a US broker holds no Russian shares to tokenize.
This is a legal fact about the issuers rather than a gap in Robinhood's lineup, which is why RussiaPad does not present it as coming soon and does not simulate an asset to fill the space. RussiaPad creates no availability that does not exist and offers no mechanism for working around sanctions or issuer restrictions.
Why classification runs on ISIN, not on name
A sweep for Russian-sounding companies returns matches. Checking each one against its ISIN country prefix clears both of them, which is the argument for doing it that way round:

Matches a sweep for “MTS”, the Russian telecom. It is a US semiconductor company and shares nothing with it but three letters.

Carries Yandex N.V.'s old ISIN, which is why a name or history sweep finds it. Nebius divested every Russian operation in 2024 and is a Dutch AI infrastructure company today; calling it Russian would be false.
Neither is a Pons-approved quote asset in any case. Company names are suggestive; the ISIN prefix is the registry's own statement of domicile, and it is the only thing RussiaPad classifies on.
What the anchors are and are not
A curve quoted in USO is denominated in crude oil, on chain, verifiably — anyone can read pairToken() off the curve and check it against the address below. That is a true statement about the protocol.
What it is not is a statement about Gazprom. These three funds track the commodities themselves, and none of them holds, tracks or is redeemable for any Russian producer, index or security. Every place on this site that shows a pairing prints that caveat beside it.
Robinhood Stock Tokens provide economic exposure to an underlying asset. They are not direct ownership of shares and carry no shareholder rights.
